James was raised on the mean streets of Mineral Wells, TX, becoming a 1995 MWHS honor graduate and then joining the US Navy where he proudly served aboard USS Kearsarge based out of Norfolk, Virginia. After an honorable discharge, James returned to North Texas and acquired his Texas Insurance Adjusting license in 2004 and has been working in the construction and home service industries since. James lives with his wife, Jaime, in the Weatherford, TX area. In his off time you’ll likely find him tinkering in his shop with a welding or small engine project.

Rhett Anderson arrived at GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling with a sharp eye already trained for the job. His background as an inspector and estimator for a public adjusting firm gave him a firsthand understanding of how damage is assessed and documented — experience that translates directly into his ability to hold projects to the highest standards from start to finish. In his first year as Assistant Project Manager, Rhett has made his mark through two things that matter most on a job site: clear communication and calm, effective problem-solving. When something comes up — and in construction, something always comes up — Rhett is the person who works through it.

Outside of work, you'll find him on the golf course, where the same focus and steady hand he brings to the job get put to good use. Rhett lives by Theodore Roosevelt's timeless words: "Believe you can and you're halfway there" — a reminder that confidence and commitment are the foundation of everything worth doing.

RJ King is our Assistant Sales Manager at GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling, bringing two years of industry experience, a background in management, and a natural gift for building relationships. He's genuinely passionate about understanding what customers truly need, and he's the first to admit he cares — sometimes a little too much — but that's exactly what sets him apart. Outside of work, he's a dedicated family man who loves spending time with his wife and kids and getting outdoors whenever he can. He lives by the motto: "When you lose your money, you lose nothing. When you lose your health, you lose something. When you lose your character, you lose everything." — a philosophy that shows up in everything he does for his clients and his team.

Brandon Nelson has spent nearly three years at GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling doing what he's always done — building things right. Growing up working alongside his dad gave him a hands-on foundation that no classroom can replicate, and that practical instinct, combined with training from some of the most well-regarded brands in the industry, means he can sit down with a client, dig into their insurance paperwork, and map out real solutions without the guesswork. He brings energy and personality to every interaction, but when it's time to go over the numbers and nail down the vision, he's locked in and all business. Outside of work, Brandon is happiest with his wife and a change of scenery — fishing, camping, or exploring a national or state park somewhere new — and lives by a simple truth: "Life's too short… go out and explore."

With over a decade of experience in construction and working with insurance companies, James has seen firsthand how the industry and technology has changed. James attended Texas Tech for undergraduate studies with National Honors, became certified in fire restoration in 2016, and has worked with Xactimate estimating Software for 10 years. James has handled approx. 1400 projects over the last 10 years with a very high level of detail.

He is blessed with a beautiful wife Jess and two kids, Noah and Harper. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking and hiking with his family.

Nathan Donovan brings over a decade of construction experience to his role as Project Coordinator at GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling, backed by a Construction Engineering degree from Texas Tech University and an OSHA 30 certification in commercial projects. Having worn every hat the industry has to offer — tool belt, contractor, and company owner — he approaches every job with the confidence and care of someone whose name is on the line, whether that's tracking down a stubborn leak or engineering the right flashing detail between systems.

For Nathan, it's about taking a client's vision and building a clear roadmap from first conversation to finished project, guided by Maya Angelou's words: "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." When he's not on the job, you'll find him coaching his kids' little league teams, hunting and fishing, or finding any excuse to get out on the water.

Nathan Stauffer brings three years of industry experience and a customer-first mindset to his role on the GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling sales team. His background in customer service gave him a foundational skill that drives everything he does — the ability to truly listen and understand what a client needs before anything else. Nathan's approach is methodical and personal: he takes the time to hear a homeowner out, prioritize their goals, and then build a game plan tailored specifically to their situation. Regularly trained on the latest products in the industry, he makes sure the solutions he recommends are always the right fit.

What sets Nathan apart is his composure. No matter what curveballs a project throws, he stays cool, calm, and focused — and has made it his personal standard to always find a way to say yes for his customers. When he's not working, Nathan is spending time with his family, traveling, or tackling a DIY project around the house. He lives by a motto that guides both his work and his life: "Never let the little things ruin a big moment."

Brian Karmy brings five years of roofing and remodeling experience to his role as Project Coordinator at GreenLight Roofing and Remodeling, along with a background in quality control and customer service that shaped him into someone who genuinely understands what clients want — and what they actually need. Trained directly by GreenLight's product manufacturers through hands-on industry seminars, Brian has the product knowledge to steer customers in the right direction and the listening skills to make sure that direction is always theirs to choose. For Brian, every project starts the same way: building a foundation of trust that carries through from the first conversation to the finished job.

When he's not helping clients bring their vision to life, Brian can be found tinkering in his shop or spending time with his family — the same people who inspire the motto he lives by: "Live to love and you love to live."

Michael Krug brings nine years of industry experience and a rare double advantage — a deep understanding of roofing from both the technical and insurance sides. As a licensed Public Adjuster and Duro-Last certified commercial roofing specialist, he knows exactly what insurance adjusters are looking for, walking homeowners and business owners through claims with the clarity and confidence that turns a stressful process into a straightforward one. An Army background instilled the discipline and work ethic that means he shows up prepared and focused every time, with a simple approach: identify the damage, explain it in plain English, and map out the best path forward — no jargon, no runaround.

When he's not on the job, Michael is on the sidelines coaching football or catching whatever sport is on, and lives by Nick Saban's words: "Mediocre people don't like high achievers, and high achievers don't like mediocre people" — a standard that comes through in everything he does.

Jake Wilfong may be new to the roofing industry, but he brings something that can't be taught — a genuine commitment to honesty and dependability that shows up from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
